Christmas In July will occur TODAY immediately following our worship service.  Please join us for a catered lunch complete with ham or chicken with all the sides and all the fixings provided by the Ministry Team for God’s People.

Also, this celebration is the official start of our annual Christmas Jar campaign.  We provide jars and our congregation will take and fill them between now and December.  The proceeds in the jars will be combined to assist need families at Postma Elementary School to have a merrier Christmas.

Our wonderful choir will be on summer break through the end of July.  We will miss them, but we also appreciate their gifts every Sunday.

Thank you, choir, for all you do!

A New Sunday School for the month of August:

“Presbyterianism 101â€

(or “Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Our Church – But Were Afraid To Askâ€)

Beginning Sunday, August 6th, Pastor Mark will be teaching a four-week class on what it is to be a presbyterian, including:

  • a brief history of our denomination – including why there are 10 different presbyterian denominations today;
  • our governmental structure: the local church, presbytery, synod and General Assembly;
  • the specific history of Heritage PC, from its founding in October 1980 until the present day.

Sunday school meets in the Lodge’s library and begins at 9:15 AM.  All are welcome, encouraged, and invited to join us!
