Scripture – Joel 2: 30-32
Theme: When the “blood moon” appeared in the sky last night, it was a really cool thing to see. Back in ancient times, those people usually feared any new or odd occurrence in the sky (comets, supernova, meteor shower, eclipse of the sun or moon, etc.). HOWEVER, in the Book of Joel, the prophet describes what will happen at the end of time. Does the blood moon mean the end of the world is at hand?
