January 17, 2021: Second Sunday after Epiphany
Next week – Sunday, January 24, 2021 – the annual meeting of our congregation will take place immediately following worship. Each Session elder will give a brief presentation, the 2021 budget will be presented, and the membership will vote on Mark’s new terms of call and on the 2021 Nominating Committee. (The annual report is always posted on our web site.)
We could not gather in the Heritage Lodge last Sunday due to the strong fumes from the rennovation and repairs that are on-going. The work may continue to temporarily affect our indoor/in-person worship schedule. The carpet is scheduled to be replaced with hardwood flooring in early February. We will alert everyone as much in advance as possible. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
Property Sales Countdown: Effective Sunday, January 17, 2021, the sales contract on our church property has been in effect for 42 days. The contract has a 90-day inspection period. Therefore, we have around 48 days left to go before this sale will be finalized…we are almost halfway there. You haven’t stopped praying, have you ?!?!?
