Scripture – 2nd Kings 7: 3-16
Theme: When the Prophet Elisha made his amazing prediction of how common items would become cheap during a famine, it was hard to believe. Yet, God “mixed the minds” of the invading Armenian army and caused them to flee in panic – leading all their food, animals, and supplies behind. Four leper beggars had already decided to turn themselves over to the Armenians to avoid starving. They certainly did find a surprise when they got there.
