We are participating in the Souper Bowl of Caring again this year. Instead of bringing cans or packages of soup, please put your $$$ donation in the special envelopes that are on each table. This directly helps hungry people in our area! Thank you so much!
Do you know of a young person in high school or college who might benefit from singing with us – and getting paid to do so? If so, put them in touch with our Music Director, Nancy Kissinger.
Currently, we have one YMM, but we have plenty of grant funds to hire more. This program has been in effect in our church since 2014, and many of our previous YMM’s have gone on to careers in music and singing. We would LOVE to add more singers to our current music program! Thank you for your interest and your support of this vital part of our weekly worship services.
2023 Deacon Shepherd Groups:
Each year the deacons are assigned a group of folks who are in their Shepherd Group. Deacons assist our pastor in helping with anything our church can provide. Traditionally, deacons are a ministry of the church that cares for the people. Our deacons also manage our Deacons’ Fund, which helps with unexpected bills, prescriptions, and household expenses. We are one of the very few small churches that maintains a Deacons’ Ministry. We praise the Lord for their help!
