My job here at Heritage as Office Administrator has been very
interesting...to say the least. I have learned more than I ever
thought.....not only in running the office and working with fellow members,
but more importantly, how many of you have a passion for keeping the
Heritage congregation together as a family. I am amazed at how members just
pop out of the woodwork to help one another. You are a blessed congregation
and I have been blessed to be part of your family for six years now.
I've worked in the office for two years (already?) and I get inspiration
every day when I seen the pre-school children going to Children's chapel
during the week, or when they march over to the sanctuary to practice for a
special program, or when I have just one child to teach at Sunday school, or
when I hear Pastor Jerry coming in the back door every morning.
God has been and will continue to be in the heart of every member of this
church. In many ways it's a wonderful experience working here and
worshiping with every one of you. God bless you all!

Brenda Edwards, Mission Coordinator-My faith is placed in the one true Almighty God, maker of heaven and earth, existent in three persons: God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19-20). I believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God (Psalm 119:160; 2 Timothy 3:16). I testify to the truth proclaiming Jesus Christ is Messiah, the Son of the Living God (Matthew 16:16; John 4:26, Revelation 12:11). I desire to make his name known in all the earth according to the perfect will of the Father (Psalm 40:7 – 8; John 7:16 – 18) and through the power of the Holy Spirit dwelling inside of me (Joel 2:28 – 29; Luke 11:13).

Ruth Kerr, Christian Education-Having the opportunity to serve here at Heritage Presbyterian Church as volunteer director of Christian education is a thrill. Having a birdseye view of the spiritual formation of persons (old and young) is so rewarding. My hair may be white, but my passion and fervor for helping others come to know and love God is strong. Here at Heritage we are eager to welcome you, assist you on your faithful journey, and partner with you as we seek to become God’s faithful disciples in this corner of His world. God’s intention is for us to be in relationship with Him and one another. You are invited to join in this pilgrimage with us. Ruth Zealy Kerr
